yes I have gone and done it again  I actually had one of these when they were first released back in 1996 when I was still mad on monkey bikes and had 14 of them but I sold the whole collection and got back into VW's. a friend told me about this one and I gave it some thought and well what the hell , life's too short   |

Currently driving a '68 Karmann Ghia as my daily. Don't ask about previous cars - there have been way too many and I stopped counting at 160!

I got a dax version with a few mods and believe me when I tell you 130 kph on one is about as close to a fairground ride you can get on the road...

Nice bike! Gotta love the tartan seat. Funnily enough, I believe they recently did a 40th anniversary model as well which was quite similar. I remember seeing it and being shocked by the price! I still can't believe that these are road legal in the UK though. These aren't road legal in Australia, and as far as I know they never have been.

quite correct in what you say Honda did release a 40 year model in black but I didn't think it looked anywhere near as good as this one , the red & whit one just looks the part IMHO , especially the seat and yes they are expensive , but worth it in my book . I think I might just indulge myself in a "trick" one once I have sold a few more non essential toys ;D |
