There must be a formula for working out the nose weight if you know the overall weight and the point where the axle is going to be? If you assume that the weight is evenly spread along the chassis, work out the nose weight with you axle in the posistion where it looks best it shouldn't be to hard to adjust where some items are placed to balance it up a little.
Because mine is being made of half a RR and is gonna be pretty weighty anyway i'm already planning on losing all the glass and door internals, gonna replace the fuel tank which is right at the back with a water tank and i suspect i may have to keep it full to try and lift some weight off the front as well as position the battery and gas bottle towards the rear of it, i'm hoping its not to front heavy to keep the electric sunroof though.
Cant see any of that being a problem on yours as it's gonna be so much lighter and being towed with your van.
