I can't see that I've posted anything on here about my P100. I had a few hours spare today so.. Here we go then, a few before shots where it doesn't look too bad. No rot at rear of wing tops. but the front seems to have suffered. and the lower rear

I've had it 3 and a half years now, it's always been on the road and used I took it off the road in April after I MOT'd it to do this work. It's only done 17,000 miles from new.

Done a bit today, mainly cleaning up to see how much I have to weld up. Got the front panel off, not too bad in there I thought I would use a proper Mk5 lower front valance this time instead of cutting up a Mk4 one like I did last time. So I did a bit of trial fitting

Anyway back to the rusty bits the seat mountings still rust just as well in a pick-up, why? Nasty bits, drivers side and passenger side this side has gone further along sill Time to get the welder warmed up.

you always do splendid work TMR. I imagine these are not a million miles from my sierra P100, its most unusual how Ford have just welded a couple of bits of railway line to the underneath of the monocoque to give the rear chassis.

Thanks gtv, it was off the road for some time but don't know how come it never got used much, it's had 2 owners and the chap I bought it from who never got it back on the road, I've got no history with it though. Today's action. more big holes cut out, repair panel shown before fitting. and fitted small patch fitted (top of triangle) and next repair patch. and fitted outside

Like the welding! It really impresses me what people can make with a bit of time and some sheet steel. Will be watching this one and hopefully picking up some tips.

Looking good, I'd love a P100, but no room for the kids and can't afford more than one vehicle atm.
For those that said they would like one though, I know someone who's got one they want rid of, not sure of the condition though, only that it's been stood up for a while and would definately be a resto project. PM me if you're interested and i'll try and get some more details and a price.
