Half way back from the Gathering, on the first leg, dropping off the Merc and had to say what a brilliant weekend it was ;D Great to meet a few more people and put 'real' names to faces. A huge thankyou to the team for organising it and here's to next year! Photo's to follow, but without a doubt full of Cheers, Pete and Denise

Indeed it was awsome, just got in myself.. complete with slight 'fuzzy head' Highlights for me was the random cars.. the track action.. and deciding its a great idea to paint my car.. while drunk.. in the dark. Pics will appear after I chill out for a bit!

Epic on every level of epicness, just awesome all round!
The beers, the cinema, riding the BiAS motorbike, getting to drive Bryn's Land Rover, having a run out in the Fugitive, the laughs, the car painting, the banter, the whiskey, the barbecues, the atmosphere, the track action, the sofas, being on the roof of the Delica, watching Sierras crash, the laughs about TSW Venoms, the putting of names to faces, the joy of seeing the diner-truck to a lap, the drifting, the spirit, the banter and of course, the cars.
It was brilliant, and I thank everyone for being there, and I thank everyone who made it happen.
Roll on RRG'10, the bar has been set and god damn, it's been set high.

Epic day of car tomfoolery. Just wish i had made it for the whole weekend. Missed out a lot on fri and sat. Still sunday was ace, the SW massive were awesome (as was everyone at the show).
A million thanks for the people who organised the show, and the same for all those people that did bits of marshalling, helping out - it all helped the day be orsumZ!
Roll on next year, when i will have a car that is a) retro and b) not on the back of a low loader.

Yep... great day out, really enjoyed it... ;D sadly didn't meet and greet anyone... too shy and retiring for that without beer in hand... took some pics... but they're a bit poor.... note for next year: 1, beg/borrow/buy trailer to bring Cinquecento for track antics. 2, learn how to use digimital camera. Many thanks to Hotwire + crew who made it possible.

Was my first trip to RRG, and it was absolutely excellent - 520 miles was all worth it I know it's nothing in comparison with what a lot of you travelled, but it's a long way to me! I had a great time camping over, at the show and on the track (I realised I was never going to win so decided to just have some fun!) and can't say how grateful I am to everyone who helped organize and staff the show - You all did a brilliant job. I was talking to a few people who had just turned up at the show who weren't related to the forum and they were all really impressed with the variety of interesting motors we had on display. All in, A great weekend, and it was good to meet some of you!
