little trench around the 3 walls filled with gravel may help,
about a shovel deep/wide should do, its what i've done in the past
to properties with surface water problems affecting brickwork.
(i'm an inspector for local council housing, used to be on the tools, bricky)
guttering/surface water going into drains or a soakaway ?
any chance of water running under the door ? along drive towards
the building ? extra drainage (surface drain) might be a good idea.
did you put steel reinforcement in the base ?
any questions about asbestos feel free to ask, i've had training in
handling of the stuff and removal/transport/disposal experience,
happy to help out anyone locally to keep things safe.
(works h+s officer is in neighbouring office too)
