Any interesting ends to your much loved classics?
My silver ZS was reversed into by a Land Rover while stationery at a junction. The ladders on the back of the landy compressed the whole front about 3 foot. Absolutely not a mark on the Landy!
My red ZS disspeared from behind the garage where it was stored. The owners didn't know who owned it so they filled it full of scrap iron and had it lifted. It got its revenge though as it was so heavy it snapped the cable on the lifting truck (I was told when I went to check up on it)
I px'd a 1969 Lightweight Landrover for a Mk2 Golf GTi at a main VW dealer (how?). Pulled into the forcourt to pick Golf up and when I stopped both front headlamps fell out of the bezels. The salesman just laughed!
My v.first car renault 5 got a Mk3 cortina embedded in the rear at a roundabout.
Fiat 131 Sport - entire floorplan disintergrated into a cloud of rust (no!)
I'm sure some of your cars met somewhat more "ahem" dramatic ends!
