Back For More heartbreak and disappointment.....

Just a quick one (NOT!) - I've bought the Nissan, going over it and need ot know what's expected standard-wise. As it wasn't my build I want to know what'll be checked/gone over/need to be sorted/tip-top. It ain't a road car as it's paperwork has never been done after re-possession a long time ago (found a nice letter). it's got the usual Recaros', harnesses and it all runs/stops fine.... what else needs to be checked - bodywork is shoddy (not dangerous, just scratched to hell and rust bubbling on door panels) so wanted to make sure I don't drag it all the way from Brussels to go home again  Tips - thanks |

mot's are required to gain access to the track. i know that much.

mot's are required to gain access to the track. I know that much. If the car is on European Plates (ie not uk registered) might struggle to produce an MOT...... Common sense then applies  |

Common sense then applies Common sense also applies to - Seatbelts (if required by law) fitted working and being used - Helmets worn and fastened correctly - Arms covered - no T-shirts - Windows no more than 1 inch open (so that an arm can't escape from inside the car in the event of a roll I'm not saying any of the above will be required but I would have said they were sensible points that would be advisable to follow |
