I've been toying with the idea of curing some serious piggage so I can do home cured bacon sarnies for Sunday morning. I'm going to need some help with the logistics. I think I'm going to afford stroke be able to do about 30 maximum.
I need some ideas how will be the best way to cook 100 slices of bacon and butter 60 slices of bread after a night of socialising... so I might need some help...
Also I won't be able to provide for everyone. I'm not Jesus and I'll have drunk all the wine the night before, which leaves me in a quandry: who gets the bacon butties? I need some ideas how to decide this. Who gets priority, who is most worthy etc.
Ideas please folks.
