	I'm looking for a new impact wrench, had a cheap one bought on a market for 20 quid but it stopped working.. I want one in a case cos it's less likely to get lost in a heap of curse word seen these for a reasonable budget but are they worth looking at? www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_203577_langId_-1_categoryId_165727 www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/categories/search/air-ratchets-wrenches and another question, does one of those in line oiling devices work or do they smudge your air hoses with oil if you arent aware.. cos the air hose also will be used for painting and sandblasting..

	you cant use the airline for spraying afterwards if you use the oiler a couple of drips of oil in the inlet is plenty enough , once a day if you use it alot , or just once in a while for infrequent use

	Yeah I don't use an oiler, I just chuck a few drops of light oil down the inlet to the gun If you do get an oiler, attach it to the impact gun rather than at the compressor end. That way you will only oil the gun, not the line. Lewis

	I've got the machine mart one..£40 works fine..few drops of oil down air inlet is plenty as it's not in full time use, as per instructions

	I've got an in-line oiler but, given how often the gun gets used, it's a bit over the top to be honest.

	As said, inline oilers are only really needed if the tools are in constant use. My friend has one at his garage, but also has a seperate (pre-oiler) feed and hose specifically for air guns etc..where oil is not needed or wanted. He uses his a lot though. I've always just thrown a few drops down the inlet to the wrench (or ratchet, grinder etc...) before use. Seems to do the job OK.

	I have a Ingersoll rand titanium buzz gun. i saw one that the local tyre guy had and I got buzz gun envy and had to go and buy one. Its awesome. Light, quiet, comfortable and powerful.

	Bit of a cheek but I've just stuck an impact gun and the aforementioned in-line oiler c/w snap fixings in the parts for sale section.
