I'm thinking of taking a motorbike back home from the UK after RR09.. Who knows any good motorcycle dealers or local ads papers to look in on the route between Yeovil and Dover? I'm looking for sensible budget dealerships or local ads papers with private ads (not ebay) (online...) post some websites pls... have some retro's in reward

Btw anyone knows if I can ride a motorbike back home on it's UK plates with some sort of day insurance?
thanks for the first advice!
I'm thinking of a Buell XB9 or triumph speed triple or a japanese naked with 600-900cc's like a ER6n
preferrably 2 or 3 cylinders
have to make some test rides on the buell though, but it looks like a very cool bike for what I've seen so far.

Not sure if you would easily get that here... maybe try some of your insurance companys back home, and then say youll call them when you get the bike reg..

a bit off the wall but how about trying the yellow pages (yell.com I think) but a couple of dealers in the yeovil area taylors of misterton riders of bridgewater (harley buell triumph and kawasaki or used to be) there are a few more in the taunton, bridgewater area but since I moved away 4 years ago things may have changed, also somewhere in my swiss cheese brain I think there are quite a few dealers in the bournmoth area. another try could be motorcycle news www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/bikesforsale/ttfn glenn
