Well, some days are Diamonds, and some are not ;D
This week has been a diamond alright.
You all know about the industrial sewing machine I found on Wednesday evening..... How do you top this one ??
Read on......
Today I went to my secret council tip where I am allowed to remove stuff ;D
I was looking for a nice size wheel or wheels to add to my Scoot, the same as Seth's one. However, I am going a different route with front fork and wheel to the tear from a BMX bike.
I was also hoping to pick up a CO2 bottle there for Ka0s one of our Portuguese members, as they pay around £300 / year for a pub CO2 size bottle. Getting it home would be his problem.
Anyway, there were two lovely N2O (Nitrous Oxide) Pub gas sized bottles, but not knowing anything about them, and if they could be used for CO2 (Highly unlikely) I walked away from them, but not before snaffling this little treasure The box was also intrigueing.
I have a single stove for the bikes camping kit, but not the rest of it.
When do you think Camping Gaz cannisters cost 28p
Two were marked 28p and one 35p
OK, now for the skip find of the year.

Are you ready for it
My neighbour came home from work at about 6pm, and shouted from the street for me to come down... he had something I may be interested in
He wants to use it first, and I suspect when he gets bored with it, which is usually very fast..... I hope he will let it come my way, maybe for a small token of my grattitude.
He was at work today, and knows how my head works, and found this in a skip....
Now those of you following Seths Push scoot thread will remember a certain Mr Weblefeck had suggested some motorised mayhem at RR09 ....... Get the idea yet ??
OK, anyway, I present to you, along with crustyness and patina....
Pulled from the skip, and started immediately.....
Mr Briggs and Strattons best little warrior.....
Up for a motorised race ?? Hell yeahh !!!
The rest will develop when Alan gets bored with it in his garden ;D
