Polished with black centres or maybe all polished, depends how well they polish up Got some clear side repeaters yesterday, just need to de badge and side strip the car when I get the chance: Quick chop if I get the wheels on and dropped, wheels will be polished/black or all polished. Cant wait

Been trying to pick some arches to cover the poke when the wheels go on. The main problem I have is the rear doesnt need much arch as it's only a couple mil of poke. Want this look, but don't have £200 to spend on bits of fibregalss, been there done that (£340 on ecosse arches!) These are only £8 a pair deliverd, but that probably says alot about them: cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-Silver-Tone-Car-Wheel-Arch-Decorative-Strip-Sticker-/310264447770?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item483d33c31aThen there are these from off of here for £71 deliverd, but I think the rears would look a bit to big. Wondering if I could mix and match the JDM ones on the front with the £8 jobbies on the rear? hmmmm Need to get on with getting the wheels and suspension sorted first lol.

Space the rears to make up for the narrower track, or get wider rear wheels. When you drop the rear the axle will move sideways as the panhard rod levels out, so you might find you only want to space one side. I've only spaced one of mine.

It does, think it's one of the best looking K11's ive seen Didnt realise that the axle would do that, any way around that? I'm thinking though best way would be just to space the wheel. don't want to space to much as I don't want to worry to much about rubbing with lots of poke.

A shortened or adjustable panhard rod can be used, I've also seen nylon bushes with an eccentric mounting hole used with the original rod, its about a 10-15mm difference at about 60-80mm drop.

Ended up with about 3 times this much oil by the time it was recoverd. Anyone know how hard gearboxes are to do on these? Havent done one before, but have the tools and probably have the skill to.

With a bit of luck, going to get the box done in the next couple of weeks, whack a fresh MOT on it and shift it on. Someone on the micra forum very kindly gave me a to do list step by step to get it done, at the same time a mate phoned up to ask me a favour so I didnt feel as bad asking him to help me lol. The BMW is now in daily service, already put about 800 miles on it These are my new rims: Going to give it a good clean this weekend if I get the chance and get some more pics. Needs a few little niggles sorting but should make a very nice car when they are done. Here's the spec list to, it appears to have several BMW Individual options, main one being the paint - someone spent alot of money on getting this colour!: VIN long X Type code CG72 Type 318TI (EUR) Dev series E36 (5) Line 3 Body type COMP Steering RL Door count 3 M44 Engine Cubical capacity 1.90 Power 103 Transmision HECK Gearbox MECH Colour SPECIAL PAINT (490) Upholstery UPHOLSTERY SPECIAL (Z1XX) Prod date 1998-10-02 Order options No. Description 288 LT / ALY WHEELS 315 REAR WINDSCREEN WIPER 410 WINDOW LIFTS, ELECTRIC AT FRONT 423 FLOOR MATS, VELOUR 428 WARNING TRIANGLE SMOKERS PACKAGE 441 481 SPORT SEATS F DRIVER / FRONT PASSENGER 520 Foglights 530 AIR CONDITIONING 669 RADIO BMW BUSINESS RDS 694 PREPARATIO N FOR CD CHANGER 704 M SPORT SUSPENSION 710 M LEATHER STEERING WHEEL 715 M AERO DYNAMICS PACKAGE 719 SPORTS EDITION 775 INDIVIDUAL ROOF-LINING ANTHRACITE 785 WHITE DIRECTION INDICATOR LIGHTS 812 ENGLAND VERSION 863 EUROPE / DEALER DIRECTORY 880 ENGLISH / OWNERS HANDBOOK / SERVICE BOOKLET Series options No. Description 214 AUTOMATIC STABILITY CONTROL + TRACTION 510 HEADLIGHT BEAM-THROW CONTR. Not done much yet, hooverd it out and tried fixing the cd changer. At lease it's clean inside now, shame the cd changer is past it though. Bonus to hoovering was I found a spare alarm fob and a £1 & 1cent lol. Tried my bb's on today, cant wait to get em re-furbed now And what I'm aiming for:
