A car is worth what someone will pay for it. If you don't ask you don't get. If you don't like the price, don't buy it. And so on and so forth.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

Why not use a price guide to give a rough value before wasting money on listing a car at a ludicrous price?

I'm so tempted to PM the guy and ask if he is serious about the price.
Unless it had been in a showroom since it was new, no Chevette is worth that much. I'd be very VERY surprised if it sold for half what they are asking.

they could have put some pics of the other side and the interior. with a bit more information too. was the respray a proffesional job, or some rattle cans from the back of the shed.
hope its in better condition than the one my dad had in the late 70s, big holes in the wings

Ebay is a strange place I got all of my cars in my signature off ebay and weirdly they all cost 612 quid exactly. I reckon he might be wasting his time at that price but if some one gets drunk and buys it hes laughing

Well, there`s a fellow in norway trying to sell a unfinished kadett caravan, lots of spots with primer after being welded, a little rust, a C20XE and gearbox, for 7000-10000 pounds And one selling a mint one, total showcar, with a 2.0e CIH engine, for 18000 I wonder if these people think of the fact that they are pricing themselves out of their hobby? Its something we all should think about when selling stuff, i think
