I posted on another list about wanting some other Kadett bits, this gentleman was kindly referred by his son.
Its a Kadett D, Mk1 Astra shape, and its up in Scotland.
I don't have any pictures, and I`d rather not bother the guy with loads of people but any serious interest I will be happy to pass on

My son told me you were looking for bits for an Opel Kadett. I'm not
sure
which version you have, but I have one that is the same as the Mk1
Astra.
It's a 1.3LS 5 door with the N engine. It was my wife's mother's from
new
in 1981 (1 January) until she got a new Astra in '91. At that time it
had
done about 30,000 miles. My wife took it over and used it for maybe
four
years and the mileage went up to about 63k. It then went into my
lockup and
it has been there ever since. The lockup is totally dry, and I don't
know
of any rust on the car other than a bit on the offside inner wing,
which was
repaired at about 8 years old. The car was treated with a rust
preventative
product when new, but they must have missed that bit.
The heater matrix developed a leak while my wife had it, and the
underfelt
had to come out. Other than that, the car is complete. We had a new
petrol
tank & filler tube, all new piping and a carb clean-out not long before
we
put it into storage.
Anyway, the lockup is now costing an arm & a leg, and we need to clear
it
out.
