After selling Truxi , I wanted nay Needed something to occupy my time.
I stumbled accross this on ebay, and a deal was had ,
in fairly good condition but the paint was tired ,very very tired and had been blown over with numerous shades in rattle cans.
so last weekend this happened
satin black rattle cans to tide me over the summer until I get a chance to do a proper job on it.
Plans are to lower it, 1" rear block and new springs on the front. get a new set of bumpers, these ones are dirty and falling to bits
May well upgrade to a dual carb setup , and want to change the exhaust to help the poor thing breathe a little better, I can't help but feel the pea shooter thats on at the mo must be a little restrictive.
also eventually want to find some period alloys or bung on some whitewalls/trims
have fitted a cd player in the glovebox and speakers under the dash, as there doesnt seem to be any real easy place to put speakers, no parcel shelf and I didnt want to cut into any interior panels/linings.
loving my number plate too OUF
