Bagged these spots while travelling between Bad Leibenzell where we were staying and Pforzheim in the northern tip of the Black forest.
Kaelble, no idea how old and google isn't helping. Mid 50's perhaps?
'70s Scania
Only managed to get those as we had already passed them several times (it being our route onto the autobahn). Other spotting attempts were shambolic to say the least. I was driving or sitting in the back. Swmbo was usually front passenger, by the time its been explaned to her which car and why it needs a picture taking of it, its gone.
Snapped this old Daihatsu dealer in Pforzheim containing an S-Class and an E21 3-series, there was also an E21 Baur Cabriolet in there another day.
Of course while in that part of the world it would be silly not to visit here:
I'd love one of these as a camper
Ringo's 190 2.3 AMG
Some Wankel decided not to put this in production.
Oh and every w123 in the place,
The last exhibition space in the Museum was a celebration of the E-Class and its for runners. Quite fitting the that I spent the week sharing the driving of this:
E300 Diseasel wagon
The short chap in the middle came with us (Swmbo, grandad and me) his cousin was with mum dad and nan in a Stilo.#
I've never really used anything with so many toys before, cruise control is the business as were the electric seats, with memory that made driver changes seamless.
Apart from the obvious stresses of three families on holiday together a pleasent time was had by all.
