So far, I have yet to see a PT Cruiser look either cool or retro. It was supposed to be a 'retro-modern' when launched but I was never convinced....and most modified ones tend to end up looking more bling, less win! I have spotted this one a few times and always cursed that I didn't have my camera with me! The other day I did have my camera, but couldn't stop because I was running late for a job. I'll go back soon and get some better pics. Certainly the best & coolest 'variation' of a PT Cruiser I've ever seen:   Has a certain WW2 German army truck look about it. WIN!! |

probably the best thing you can do with one, chop out the mechanical bits and mount it on a 4x4 chassis, front end is class. |

The BT Bruiser is still the best modified PT Cruiser IMO.  Forget some wimpy 4x4 mechanical bits, whack an 8 litre mopar V8 in there. www.paulmarstonracing.com/ptbruiser.htmNow someone build it street legal... OTOH, I can think of about 2000 other cars I'd rather drop a 500" RB in. But meh. |
