So far, I have yet to see a PT Cruiser look either cool or retro. It was supposed to be a 'retro-modern' when launched but I was never convinced....and most modified ones tend to end up looking more bling, less win! I have spotted this one a few times and always cursed that I didn't have my camera with me! The other day I did have my camera, but couldn't stop because I was running late for a job. I'll go back soon and get some better pics. Certainly the best & coolest 'variation' of a PT Cruiser I've ever seen: ![](http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i251/bruceholder/Retro/Various/Spotted064.jpg) ![](http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i251/bruceholder/Retro/Various/Spotted065.jpg) Has a certain WW2 German army truck look about it. WIN!!

Wow that is special! It must be an accident write off or summat, unless he just chopped up a clean one! Brilliant, some of em can look good. ![](http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff16/stoppitandtidyup/DSCN1291.jpg)

![](http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff16/stoppitandtidyup/Avatars%20etc/reansigys.jpg) it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

probably the best thing you can do with one, chop out the mechanical bits and mount it on a 4x4 chassis, front end is class. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.

The BT Bruiser is still the best modified PT Cruiser IMO. ![](http://www.paulmarstonracing.com/PT%20Bruiser/Allstar%207.jpg) Forget some wimpy 4x4 mechanical bits, whack an 8 litre mopar V8 in there. www.paulmarstonracing.com/ptbruiser.htmNow someone build it street legal... OTOH, I can think of about 2000 other cars I'd rather drop a 500" RB in. But meh.

I dunno, it's hard for a drag car to ever really be that cool, compared to a real car.

That is very cool. Wonder what its registered as? ![](http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff16/stoppitandtidyup/DSCN1291.jpg) Worst choice of scoop ever. Without that it would be mildly good. Matt
