Just harvesting the poor old Bimmer for bits, I realised it has a catalytic converter. Are these still fetching strong money at scrap merchants? And does it make a difference if it's a diesel one? Thanks

not as strong money as last year, but you will still see £50 for a fair sized one (unless it turns out to be a particulate trap. then it's worthless!)
