Cool machine! And the "tankbarrel" through the windscreen looks rather different too. ;D

How awesome!!! The slippery shape really lends itself well to this sort of high speed caper, it looks right at home on the salt flats. Suprised they've kept the door handles on there though? You'd think they'd be in the same pile as the wing mirrors and headlights etc!

That is super cool! The more you look at the body shape the more it suits the racing look. 8.2L Big Block? I'd say its an absolute bore to drive...........................................yeah right!!! Love this kinda oddball stuff and how happy does the driver look!

Well, I've failed to find much on Thunder Frog (although yeah, the green DS is an earlier incarnation of the red one), but I have found this, and fallen in love ever so slightly... Or, how about a Traction Avant racer?

I always loved the DS and actually got to sit in one owned by an acquantance of mine a few few weeks ago. It's even more amazing from the driver's seat and the front seats are comfier than the ones in my lounge.

Hmmm....more like a Tractor Avant. Can't get behind that front end I'm afraid. I love Tractions (almost bought one last year) but that is just not right.

Or, how about a Traction Avant racer? Yes please! ;D ;D ;D This Avant is epically uber-cool and (styling-wise) completely overshadows the already-awesome DS streamliner. I would absolutely love one of these for dirt motorkhana and khanacross work, the combination of front wheel drive and light weight would give you competitive times and it just looks like it was born to absolutely hammer down a dirt track!

Cool, docauto hadn't replied when I posted that link. Amazing the thread is still going really because the HAMB moves really quickly and before you know it a thread has slipped down to page 5.
