1987 Nissan Laurel 2.4E SGX - rare 5 speed manual version. Be aware the SGX is a very different car to the similar seeming Laurel SGL. Mine has IRS and rack & pinion steering for a start.
Yes its RWD. (not AE86 JDM Mk1 Escort GR8 4 DRIFTN)
2.4 EFI straight six engine, about 140 BHP and a bucket load of torque.
5 speed manual with nice light hydraulic clutch.

* rev counter & fairly full instrumentation
* it talks! (should work, I have a replacement voice box for it)
* headlamp wash/wipe (should work, have replacement wipers)
* stereo radio cassette with 4 speakers (not working)
* central locking
* alloy wheels (the missing centre caps in the photos have been bought replacements for now)
I bought this car off Donttellhimpike not so long ago, and since then have MOT'd it, serviced it, valetted it, and paid for my local garage to sort out a bad running issue. I think the car has been off the road for a while so there are a few teething issues with it.
For the MOT it needed:
* 2x part worn tyres
* exhaust welded
* couple of points of welding on inner sills
* some suspension rubber parts
* new brake pipes (hard lines)
Service was the full thing with oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, distributor cap, rotor arm, plugs, etc. various bits liike pivots and hinges greased/lubricated as required, partial fluid change/bleed on brakes, clutch etc. and good quality oil/parts used.
I intended this to be my daily driver so nothing was skimped.
Body work is in good general condition, has a few parking dings and a couple of rust blebs (one on the rear door, one on the boot lid) and thats about it. No real rot. Paint is not too bad, but not great. has had a few little touch ups which are "cloudy" but its presentable enough.
Interior is really nice except there is a little wear on the driver's seat.
speedo does not work but I have bought a replacement one, not fitted, but included in sale.
it has a noteworthy fault: while most of the time it starts and runs and drives just fine it occacionally has a fault pop up where it runs rough when you start it and smokes. This clears up after 20-30 seconds or so and then the car drives fine. Its presumably somethign to do with the "autochoke" but I don't get EFI so no idea.
Generally this is a simple car to work on, runs and drives well (except for the occasional fault noted above) and has a full MOT and is ready to go.
