Just like to say a big thank you to Nick B for posting this in the ebay thread. Just returned from picking it up and very impressed. Drives like new. For some reason I seem to be stockpiling mid 80`s RWD coupes at the minute though, and my collection of these has now exceeded my RWD escort collection. Something gonna have to go.

That's looking super-tidy!
Am I right in thinking that was only £400? Had the seller not heard of drifting?

I'm so jealous! Sal's been telling me of your drifting antics - you'll have plenty of fun in that!

Yes it was just £400 he was trying to sell it before he went on holiday. He had owned it for about 5 year and seems to have looked after it well. He had used it on a couple of trackdays and had considered drifting it but is moving house and no longer has space for that his road car and his kit car.
I think she was slightly worried at the time ;D

First 24 hours of ownership and done 150 mile so far ;D Fantastic fun ;D I used to own an S13 pre facelift and used to think it was overpowered . It had lowered uprated suspension competition Nismo bushes in the rear subframe and it used to feel heavy and wallowy on B roads with the most atrocious brakes I have ever known on such a powerful car one good press was all you got before brake fade. This on the other hand is a completely different kettle of fish. I don't know if there have been any mods carried out (previous owner did use it on a few track days though). Brakes are really good with no fade. Instant throttle response with no lag and a pretty well balanced chassis. Enjoyed it so much I havent even switched the radio on yet ;D ;D
