Hi All
My latest project is a Trike . I'm using MK2 escort rear axle.I need some wheels which are about 7"to8" wide ,but with an inset which will make the track look narrower and more beefed up. Are any available like this ,for Ford fitment? Alloys ,or steel type.

theres no such thing as inset m8 its negative offset but yeah any fwd offset 30+ wheels stick in rather then stick out like most oldskool wheels just search ford wheels on ebay and ittl come up trumps offset should be listed somewhere after the wheels size for example

any modern fwd ford or pug should fit the bill?
got some 15" 406 steels sat spare here

Get them banded on the inside. Choose the wheel style you like (in the correct PCD obv.) and get them widened to suit your needs.

Mmmmm banding =good idea ,but probably easier to get some FWD wheels as mentioned ,didnt think of that! Will have to wait a bit to get the frame shape done ,then decide on wheels . thanks all for your help

FWD wheels are still only ET38.
try audi80 too, they are about ET40ish.
the only massively high offset wheels you'll find are usually porsche wheels, the porsche 944 and 924 come in 4x108, and i *think* are roughly ET50 depending on wheel and width.

porsche 944 wheels are 5x130. The 924 wheels are 4x130.
Porsche wheels do have a high offset though
