Hmmm, usual hours of work, 10am till 4pm (only a 30 hour contract, due to health issues at the moment).
Today, 6am, till 12pm, giving me time to finish work, remove my rear seats from the van, pack my kit, get food/booze, and head to Redbourne (I'm about 80 miles give or take), to sit in a field with some dubbers.
Things we do for our hobby eh?
So any others going to 'Action today or over the weekend?

Hardcore? No it means you are lucky,i work for myself seven days per week around 12-14 hours per day ,barely make enough to cover bills ,My daily driver is 30 years old,my good car is 22 years old and i have 3 projects stalled for lack of the readies...and there a re bugga all motor sports events here that would suit my tastes(iNDY ON THE GOLD COAST AND v8 SUPERCARS ARE EFFING BORING) If I had time to attend any of them, even swap meets are hard to get to if you need to be at work. So Lucky Guy, have a great weekend!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.

Thanks, my old man always told me, that if you work for yourself, you need to be prepared to do 8 days a week and 25 hours a day.
That said, my old man says a lot of things, usually along the lines of, "when you gonna get that bloody thing done" and "what do you need a super charger for, it goes ok as it is".
You wouldn't think he was a petrol head, the way he bangs on.
I stuggle to pay the bills, but once they've figured out why I keep ending up in hospital, every time a I get a "bug", I'll be able to earn proper money again......
