Hey all.... tis I, the infrequent poster, well, I'm having another of my sporadic posting spasms... and as I was travelling down to a local wreckers yard anyways, I thought to myself, "self" (which is what I call myself) "howsabout we take some snapshots for the RR boys if we see anything interesting." So I took the camera along, and lo and behold, there was absolute MASSES of interesting stuff.... albeit wasted in my eyes. First, some of the standout finds.... C211 Skyline, L20ET, 5pd manual Suzuki Fronte.... such a waste, most of it was there and in reasonably sound condition as well! RT112 Toyota Corona coupe... seriously awesome, and rare now! MS85 Toyota CROWN.... mmmm Also spotted a Triumph Acclaim.... what a horrid creation, blowed if I know how one came to be in these parts! Enjoy, (or have a cry )

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.

Very good I Britain most scrapy's ain't able to stack cars on top of one another these days, due to health and safety nutters Also our breakers yards don't seem to hold anything that's older than 12 years old Plus the cars I see in the scrpyards today look to be in better condition that what I used to actually keep patched up/run on the road many years ago

That is the holy grail of Supras ... the Mark one Supra(never sold in Great Britain, we had to wait until the early 80's with the Mk2) based on a slightly elongated Celica RA40 with a 6 cyl. engine.

Recently saw an S12 silvia Turbo with engine, KE70 Corolla Hatch, Nissan Violet, 2xR30 coupes, Gen 1 Civic, Celeste, Numerous Coronas, Sigmas, Lancers, Galants, Corollas, and all kinds of J tin goodness, all retro

what's this? i love scrappies like that... all my local ones are bits-on-shelves and no-unauthorised-entry type places, they frown on climbing on cars three-high to get a one-year-only glovebox latch
