This is pretty serious.... from Craiglsit in Phoenix phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/cto/1070045842.htmlvia Bringatrailer. Personally I'd like to have seen it with a 401 AMC lump in it, maybe an Indy block based stroker FTW... BBC will do for starters, love the set back on that. AWZUMZ. Even with the weak Sterling thats a reasonable £4600.

Nice to see you around Akku you've been quiet... 1. concentrating on selling some of my tat I don't need so I can afford to do something with the tat I want to keep. 2. new years resolution - more time in the garage, less time on the net 3. seemed to be an agreement of the R-R illuminati that we wnated quality not quantity in postings, so I am "leading by example" Unless I have something constructive to add I don't spam junk posts on the forum

I don't think even Pat Ganahl could rack up 14K posts without there being some junk... I would really like to see him try...

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

I wonder what became of APO155C? DVLA has it "unlicenced" since August of last year. Thats not a good sign. I was tempted to buy it when I saw it for sale at Gary's Picnic or some similar event a few years back. Someone on here bought it but sold it when I had no money to buy it.
As I recall it was a deal rustier than it looks in the photos.
Shame if its dead though.

That 'someone' would be me... ;D Didn't have it for long, it turned out to be more of a 'project' than I wanted at the time... (sound familiar?) Sold it on the 'bay to a chap in Cornwall, the engine (350 Olds) died on the way down but he fitted another and repainted it metallic red with flames, been back on the 'bay a couple times since retrorides.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=52498&page=14

when I was about 18 I wanted to buy a scruffy old late 60s Rambler SST convertible that was round here but it only ran on 7 cylinders and it was way outside my budget .

they did the AMC Rebel as a Renault as well. Oddly the RHD ones sold in the UK were US built not French.
