	finally got the pics off the camera last night that were taken the other week when the shell was mated with the chassis down at Chris Isaacs'. Apparently all the tin for the rear section has now been done so i should be popping down next week to collect the car and take it to my mates workshop who will be doing the small amount of bodywork required.

	it looks like a lot of effort has been taken to keep the original panel shape of the bug by directing the turbo pipes into the vehicle - will these be visible when finished or disguised ? i assume therell be no back seat !

	yeah, i hate it when the classic looks of the bug get ruined just cos someone wants to go a bit quicker. I insisted no wide wings, no decklid standoffs etc etc. The whole engine/turbo setup will be hidden under the ali-panneling ... i should have pics of it next week or the week after yeah, surprisingly enough no back seat

	thats wicked mate, got a few qu's for my own interest. how do u get cooling to the intercooler? and is it water cooled? and do u want to sell me the engine and box...lol

So its aircooled still. after the investment ive made (and the effort that box was!) i have no intention of ever selling any part of this car lol. Unless of course its due to me uprating something
