I just recieved an email from ebay. Its asking me as a registered user to click a link and enter my details just to confirm I'm a member and stuff. here's the email:-
eBay account notification

As outlined in our User Agreement, eBay will periodically send you information about site changes and enhancements.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.
Now I'm a bit suspicious of this for a couple of reasons.
1) the address goes to an ip number not an actual ebay page.
2) the ip if checked on a whois locates to Romania
3) I have NEVER signed up to ebay!
I think I should report this to ebay. can someone please tell me the procedure for doing this, as a non member this is a bit new to me. All advice welcome
