I have only just bought this and don't want to , but circumstances may force me to , but I am putting this chassis up for sale .....
It's a 1936 V8 Chassis , recently removed from a Coupe and in nice order ....there is a bit on the rails both sides about midway that needs sorting out but otherwise its not too bad.
Original axles are now fitted with hydraulic brakes , either Pilot or '39 fronts and '39 rears , 16'' wide 5 wheels with decent-ish tyres fitted.
Master cylinder looks like an English early Morris and the chassis has retained its RHD Pedals and steering box.
I was going to ( still might ) fit a Karma Kustom '34 Roadster body ( chassis is correct wheelbase and dimensionally correct to about the bulkhead/pedals area for a '34 , would need front rails pinching in slightly ) An open drive kit from Speedway opens it up to having any engine fitted....this would make it a fairly straight forward build and gain you a car built using all early ford running gear and an original chassis.... A DEFINITE BONUS FROM A REGISTRATION POINT OF VIEW !
I have in the past pinched these chassis even more all the way and shortened the wheelbase 6'' to use them with '32 bodies ......you could even remove the outer rails , replacing them with ASC Rails and a Model A crossmember ....it's all possible !
If you price up the parts individually , its worth more than the asking price !!
£1250 as is , £2000 with a V5C Document
(I cannot register it until the body is fitted)

THANK YOU
