Its about time I added to this thread. I have owned this car nearly a year now and done little to it really.....apart from add a set of Z3 wheels, and have my mate hit it with the stick! The car is an '86 BMW 528i Shadowline with M-Tech front and rear spoilers. It also has a set of Red Leather Recaros and a 'period Blaupunkt' radio! Let me know what you think?

Forgot to ask today, what extras do yo get with the shadowline? I noticed the tasty leather. Looks superb in the metal Thanks guys! Extras an my particular Shadowline were as follows..... Basically a shadowline has all the chrome blacked out ( bumpers, windows, rear lights and antenna ) It did have headlamp washwipe but I prefer them gone so I binned em! It has the M-Tech lower front spoiler ( which in my opinion is far nicer than the M535i spoiler ) and boot spoiler It did have a set of 390mm metric wheels ( which were basically 15.5") as opposed to 14" wheels Internally its got 4 x electric windows, electric mirrors, electric sunroof, M-Tech steering wheel and M-Tech oxblood leather seats ( I don't think these were standard as the parcel shelf doesnt match! ) Oh and it also has a funky computer thingy that shows you MPG, average speed, time/date etc and it curiously has a stop watch too! The Computer was un-funkily showing this amount of MPG today though.......... Also please note the low mileage for one of these showing too

I reckon it's lowered just right - looks the absolute business and the interior is great. Wheels are a nice touch as well - so many of these get spoiled on e34 rims. I still think crosswires are the ultimate on these but I'm a bit of a fundamenalist that way! Those are a nice and unusual alternative option. And black too Mmmmmmmmm I've got a strange urge to do a JPS replica job. Lovely, lovely car.

Can you tell me more about fitting those wheels, have you had to fit spacers, are there any clearance issues, do you need hub centre rings, that sort of thing
Thanks
