I've had a Honda coil over conversion sitting under my bench for ages now and I'm sick of it getting in the way, it's fully adjustable and a complete kit came off a P plate Civic type s and will slam it to within a couple of inchs from the ground, did lows miles and was in perfect condition when removed a couple of years ago. I guess this will fit the Rover equivalent to as they have the same suspension set up. £100 Can get pics on Monday if anyones interested.

watch out rover owners only the 400 has the double wish bone on the front as the civic has not the 200/25.
