In my boot theres a multitude of sins. Obviously the spare, the battery, Jump Leads, Some basic tools (by that I mean a complete spanner set, 1/4 and 1/2inch drive sets and assorted screwdrivers) Inspection lamp that connects to the battery, Couple of hi-vizs', 2tonne trolley jack, Some random spares (belts, some ignition parts etc...) 2 huge kenwood stereo speakers and a 12" sub (ghetto install) I think thats it, and thats a lot less than I used to carry before I got AA cover D

Four wheels with flat tyres, set of chrome hubcaps, two brake drums, various repair panels, all my workshop manuals/haynes/service books, and a big bedsheet containing the remains of my last windscreen. For a small saloon car, that's a LOT of stuff, no?

Not meaning to be a spoil sport, but is this thread wise? as anybody who knows where you live, now knows whats worth stealing . Obviously doesnt matter with the guys who are saying things like 'wheel brace' and 'spare wheels', but a couple of the guys are saying things like subwoofers, tools, and spares.

I'm a bit OCD about having ANYTHING in my car that isn't bolted in, plus the lupo boot is tiny to start with, so I just built a sub box into the spare wheel well that also fills about 1/3rd of the boot, leaving it approximately the size of the glovebox in a sierra.
So my boot contains a sub, an amp and some legal numberplates with velcro on the back, and a can of tireweld (fat lot of good that will do if I get a puncture with the stretch TBH)
Soon there will be a pair of air tanks and a compressor too.
