Out and about...with a camera - here's what I found over the last week: Neat little Mk1 Festa...it was for sale too: Gone now though, sorry chaps! Still there's always this Merc, although I think I'll pass - rule no.1 of selling cars...get it clean. rule 2? Don't put the for sale sign next to the worst bit of rust on the car! These two A60s have the same owner...previously he's been a Rover man with a few P4s and P5s. Didn't have to go far for this one...in fact it came to me - always nice to have a visit from Wagoneer! Same day, about half-an-hour later and HytestA turned up ;D, some pre-ebay photography took place soon after. Camera out of the window - same location as my avatar.

MINIS! Late, but neat...loads of smoothing and a 'flake paint job. The photo doesn't really do it justice. Ahh, memories...this little fella is the same colour as my Mum's old Clubman...that was on an 'M' too. Tempted?

Loving the A60's and the Fezzer, and I'm posotive that clear rear lighted Mini overtook me on the M5 the other week Anyone else reckon that Fezzer would look good with some classic 60/70s look minilites or revolutions to go with the horridly classic brown/bronze colour? sorry, just dreaming ;D

I keep seeing a 'T' Reg one of these... In the same colour as the Rmad Cressy Think i've tracked down where it lives now - so will get some pics a.s.a.p P.S; the photos taken whilst hanging out of the Polo look great - but also looks as if it would be hazardous taking them

It would have been if Rmad was driving at the time I was when I did mine! More: Spotted this Merc and couldn't help thinking about it slammed over polished Empi fives! It was at this point I noticed that the MGF next to it was worth a pic too... SLAMMED! I've included this one for our international audience...a London double-decker with a subtle ad for Herbie! Talking of Herbie...I just managed to snap this Wizard-converted Bug - I didn't notice the 'plate 'til later...must be Brazilian? (leave the ladyshave jokes, please chaps) In the same road as the Wizard was this Talbot Avenger.

Off to the cinema now, with the little Rmads in tow...looks like some people were making a special trip to see Herbie: One of the bugs was wearing a 'Kentish VW club' sticker. This matt-black Notch was in the line-up too. This French-registered Pug was suffering in a sudden downpour. Different day to the cinema now, this MG had some form of front spoiler arrangement to compliment the mild mods...shame it hid behind my A pillar as I took the shot!

This retro-lorry was loaded and still working for a living. Is half a Renault 4 a Renault 2? Not too far away from the '2' was this decrepid MkI Cav...a bit too late for this one I'd say. Good donor car? 24v Cossie'd Scorpio could make a Cortina or Capri happy! Not many of these about now...this one had a rather large factory script on the back proclaiming it was fitted with a '5 SPEED'...no wonder they were so popular. There was me thinking it was 'cos they were cheap. ;D

Spotted a young lass driving this '63...I'm impressed! Another two 'Dubs...these were at the same house. I'd like to think this really was this low...but probably more likely the result of missing wheels. I wasn't confident enough to have a poke around this one, so it could be a MKI or II - I have a vague memory of a 'Huntsman' special edition...could this be a real rarity? This Jag XK has been here as long as I can remember (about 20 years!), how it managed to escape restoration in the 'boom' of the 80's classic car world I've no idea.

A FANTASTIC selection Mr. Rmad. Good snappage & some real treasure in there. I'd love that Escort Huntsman. Cool. As. F*ck.
I keep meaning to go round snapping some of my local "treasure".... within the next two streets are some real delights!!

Nearly finished! Yep, it's a 510! It's not quite the 'find' it seems though, yje car is 'known' to the UK Datsun clique...the owner's brother has the other (darker) Datsun parked up the road a bit. This Amazon lives at a local MOT garage...it's in better condition than my photo gives it credit for. The Moggy has only turned up recently...but the BMW has been sitting here for a few years. The wider radius on the rear arch suggest the Minor is a 50s example. Well this is my last one...there's not many cars that can hide behind a low wall...but this early(ish) Esprit is having a good go! Hope you've all enjoyed the pics! ;D

Haha look! Dusty Bin! I thought I'd leave that in...a spot of genius from it's owner. What shall I do today? I know we'll paint the bin...and then we'll cut the Renault in half. ;D

Phew! not much left for me to look out for is there! The hunt is definately on to spot some more treasures in the local area. That Jag is sooo sad. I used to pass it every day on the way to work. There was a nice grey Moggy outside our house today, I went in, got the camera, and it had gone. Blast. Ooh, just remembered what's around the corner from work. I'll be out tomorrow lunch time then.
