Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to photograph as much retro-tin getting all sideways as you possibly can. Sounds ace!

I think the PP quattro was supposed to be pumping out around 1000bhp at sea level t make up for the high altitude. Not a lot heavier than a caterham either I would think. Mental, just mental.
Sideways picsit is then!

it is not possible to imagine the acceleration of something that fast and grippy... I am a veterain of rapid smokers, but this thing blew everything into the weeds... Both the Audi and the RS200 will be quicker, but how that is possible is outside the realms of my limited imagination. It must be like warp speed... BB

madness, for a road vehicle that must be unbeliveable. I have been in some really quick cars, but the quattro and rs200 pikes peak cars are 2seconds to 60 on gravel or less on tarmac how you stop your arms falling off the steering wheel and feet off the pedals is beyond me.

P.S. the chap who went in it works for david sutton cars, the guys with the group b collection, he had to drive the delta S4 to the MOT station the other day, i shall never forgive him as this is something i will probably never get to experience. He did call us hands free while driving it tho, whistle pop whine whistle pop chooooooooooo whine choooooo whine whistle madness!

Mmmmmmm...S4.
I've had a (terrifying) RS200 Evo passenger ride before...Around a Sprint track.
Damp tarmac, cut slicks, never in a straight line...

Jelly mould adverts tbh.
If I won the lottery I'd have a 205 T16 Evo with a modern computer-trickery for the gearbox and diffs.

Been very busy lately, that's why I haven`t been here much, but I'll be there tomorrow. My number is 07748654474 (Kris) if anyone wants to meet up. A mate's Dad, Andy Dawson, should be giving a 240RS some death

Quickest think with 4 wheels I have ever been in is a Toyota Group C car. 2.2 4 cylinder Turbo 880hp qualifying trim Got to drive and a proper passenger ride with Johnny Dumfries Its basically an F1 car with full bodywork at about 850kg Bear in mind the thing has 12" wide slicks on the front and about 15" on the back was generating 3.5 lateral G round Coram at Snett and hitting 180mph down the back straight The accelleration is such that you cannot move your arms or head, Coram they are pinned to the side and braking they are straight out in front of you..... After 3 laps I was Knackered and prevented from being sick purely by the adrenaline. How these guys do 2 hour + stints at Race pace is totally beyond me You have no idea how Violent 600hp+ is..... It must be absolutely terrifying on a broken surface..... its scary on a smooth track with run off.... corsica or San remo in a Group b must have been unbeleivable

I've got some good pics of that from the Classic Motorsport show earlier this year.

You might as well say you are from Classics magazine, as I guarantee that their snappers won't be there
