Photoshop based on an original pic of one of Pedalcarjoe's mopeds. Done by Mike. Not sure if there is any red I can add to this ? just a thought maybe paint the rack red or some red pinstriping on the frame or forks & swing arm or have the seat recovered in red red headlight maybe? or burgundy seat

Just a few more pics, based on my romantic weekend to Bristol for Valentines day Tat collecting weekend to Mystery Machines Castle. Being welcomed by the amazing Sidekick to Mystery Machine...... JED !!As I needed to get this out of my system.... not quite salt flats material. Mudguard shows this.... Mystery Machine also donated these to the Moped project, to be reworked into a small tail end carrying box for milk and bread. Ready to run the gauntlett back down the M4/M25 and home.... Now safely downstairs and warm in the kitchen.... loads to do, and bits to collect for this little moped.

What's the deal with the 'Sinclair Oil' thing Grizz........Pardon my ignorance. ;D Hi Dungbug, I will PM you as well, simply put, when I bought the bus, I knew I wanted a colour scheme, and livery that was both striking, yet, instantly recognisable, and started searching the internet, some brands like Coke, Gulf (Oldbus had it already) and some others are done to death, or at least, once done, not to be repeated, I still think Oldbus's livery is one of the most beautiful and instantly recognisable brands.... so I searched and ended up with Google images "oil company livery" I got the usual Mobil, Caltex, Texaco, etc brands, and also considered NASCAR livery, I love the Mello Yello from "Days of Thunder" with Tom Cruise, but again it would be too predictable. On page 2 or 3 of the Oil company liveries , I found Sinclair oil Corporation , I loved the Dinosaur, and then did a further regular Google search and found out that the company was started in 1916 during the great depression.... by a guy who was a gambler. It read like a movie script, and I decided to investigate. Eventually I spoke to a lady called Britney in Salt Lake City , Utah in the USA (Calls cost me 0.5p/minute) She works in the Legal department, and was able to give me permission to use their logos and colours for the Transit in my signature, as long as it was not for commercial gain. I do not believe there is a bus, or moped as add on anywhere in the world of Retro-Rides that carries these colours, so it should look pretty good once done. Google Sinclair, or read the story yourself. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinclair_OilHere is the companies own website, www.sinclairoil.com/about_sinclair.htmAnd the HISTORY of Sinclair. www.sinclairoil.com/sinclair_history.htmMerchandisewww.sinclairoil.com/merchandise.htmYou can find a complete history at www.sinclairoil.com just search the corporate website. I hope this makes sense, and helps you understand my motivations.... simple really, I want a pretty retro bus.

Wow, I hadn't realised, or had forgotted, that you got permission from sinclair to use their branding. And that they were happy to give it is just fab!

Now for sale in other bits.
Just to put in perspective.
I wanted a Yamaha QT50.
This came up for sale on Ebay, and I bought it thinking it would make me happy. Weirdly, I have not taken to it at all.
So now for sale.
