I picked these up in Shanghai last year, apparently they say "Safe Driver" or something similar ;D
They measure up slightly narrower than a standard UK plate, 415mm x 100 mm.
A couple of marks on them where they have been stored. There's a tiny chip on the 'chrome' on one of them (you can just about see it in the photo) but I'm being very picky.
