4x100 17inch black alloys et38/lowering springs

hi all ive 4 alloys unsure what make ,they have 4 good 205/40/17 tyres , with slight a arch grove on one tyre were the arch has caught on the rubber ,they have 2 centre caps, and other 2 missing and one wheel has a kerb graze on one wheel ,,
the alloys are 4 x100 and et 38 wil fit varoius golfs polo etc
