	Obviously it'll have to be an 'ickle engine and cheap to run, I really don't want to spend too much on it. Maximum around £250 There must be something out there? I don't mind a fixer upper, I am proficient with a welder and if he is going to be driving the thing I want him to be able to do all his own servicing as well, including not minding getting his hands dirty. A bit of MOT and tax would be nice so I don't have to go hiring another trailer to collect if I can help it No total curse word bags please, give me a fighting chance

	yes ,it started badly ,petered off in the middle and the least said about the end the better!!!

	Hi mate, £200 will buy my '90 Metro GTA. It's a 1.4 k-series but carbed rather than injected. Bodywork is v.smart and engine is 40k with virtually FSH (really). Interior also clean. It's MOT'd till the end of Feb and taxed till the end of Jan. I put it through an MOT to sell on and it failed on 3 small patches of welding/ exhaust blow/ emissions/ and a radius arm. I'm assuming the exhaust is causing emissions failure as engine is sound as a pound. Was going to repair at my leisure as the car is no longer g/f's daily driver but credit crunch and all that means £200 = goodbye! It was an absolute minter 12 months ago and we paid top dollar for it (about £700 iirc?). I'm in Mirfield - come have a deck:
