Hi all, I have a cheapo make bench top pillar drill, the name escapes me but was brought from axminster and is black/yellow. Basically never used as it went pop about a week after I got it. IIRC its a three speed (by changing the belt position) Not sure whats gone bang but assuming the electric motor has a short in 99% of the time it blows a fuse when you turn it on. 1% of the time it will hum and a little helping hand will see it run. Sure someone on here could rebuild it and make it a useable machine.
