Nicola and I drove up today to meet with one RMad from this here parish.
LHD 16E from the readers rides had invited him and any other commers.
Ostensibly to hand over some goodies for Seth and Kevfromwales.

Fortunately there were some Retro's in the carpark of the pub we met in..... hmmmmmm ?
Ford Cortinas, and a solitary Mk 1 Fiesta driven by a man who looked like a boy ;D
Anyway, goodies traded etc, I took some pics and then Nicola and I went in for a bite to eat.... yummm.
Rmad and I did discuss briefly the prospect of using the place as a get together spot for Retro Rides people in 2009.
I would say it is safe, clean and most importantly, they welcome car clubs etc..... having the Corvette club and several others using the pub and grounds as gathering place.
Dartford is also conveniently close to the M25 at J1 a .
