999cc Fire engine removed from my Uno. Has done 76000 miles overall. Was treated to a top end rebuild less than 3000 miles ago. This entailed removing the head, cleaning all the carbon off and re-grinding the valves. I then ported the head and inlet/exhaust manifold and rebuilt it with new valve stem oil seals and reset the cam clearances. I then re-fitted the head, using a new OEM Fiat head gasket and OEM Fiat head bolts. Finally I fitted a new waterpump, cambelt, tensioner and altenator drive belt. The parts for doing this came to over £100, and the engine is now spot on. Great way to pep up a tired Fiat.
Can be heard running (or i'll post vids). Need it collected within 2 weels though as I haven't got anywhere to store it.
