as you may recall,i had a crash in the 200t in march.blatantly not my fault. the womans ins company have accepted liability, and have made me an offer on the value of my car. punk ass, curse word ass, cheapskate, old car hating, cracker motherf*ckers have offered me £350. now, try and replace such an automobile without using ebay, and you'll be lucky to find one for less than 500 notes. so they'll be getting a snotty letter and a sh*tload of autotrader printouts in the post soon. I'm not taking less than £500. cheeky b*stards.

Ever thought about agreed value. Mine had an agreed value done on it, but having said that how bullet proof it would be if a claim was made, I have yet to find out

you can accept the offer and still persue for more...
(claims head on)
autotrader etc is good proof (make sure the spec etc is spot on) and also if you have had any services or outlay on the vehicle in the last 12mnths - that should all be compensated for... anything that would increase the 'private sale value' of the vehicle. ignore forecourt values - they add on for warranties etc but we all know that.
(claims head off)
