impressive work. bookmarked. it does seem you now the have the best combination of tax free chassis, real world economy, and the cool st-rangey!
wish i had a big workshop space to tinker too
i have had my 1990 V8 for the past 11yrs. constantly patched up, to keep it going, 199k on the clock though, it will be due a full rebuild soon i suspect, but the engine is still sweet, though they say the V8s don't go past 200k, so maybe i only have 1000miles left to live. haha

I'm a massive Landy fan but not one of those who moan about 'hybrids' like this - it's absolutely brilliant!

Still going strong after 11 years. The only things it has had during this time are tyres, a battery , an oil change and a rear silencer. That's it. It is proving to be truly indestructible. Fuel economy 30mpg (empty trailer) 25mpg (loaded trailer)  It could use some exterior bodywork, as this is something i didn't touch when I built the thing. It is still wearing 1970s paint. The seats are also in need of reupholstering but it is so expensive. |
