Moderators, i know there is a spotted thread, but thought i'd put these here, as if people need bits, they should get down there quickly. Feel free to move to if though Hello all, went to Bridges today, i.e Peaspottage breakers, and spotted some nice retro's here is what i found. 200Sx Turbo, with complete motor, at the moment. Mk1 MR2 New 51 plate?, retro shape Citroen Van RX7, Bonnet good, doors dented, but not rusty, engine quite possibly still in, couldn't find the bonnet release for the life of me! Monty Countryman Audi 100 Mk1 Espace Porsche 928, interior totaly stripped, but running gear intact Meastro and Austin Panda Sierra Saphire? booted version. Vauxhall Carlton Rotten to the core SD1 VDP Random Police car 1 Random police car 2 Cool wheels on Mk1 Shogun, seemed to have loads of those. Humber? Sill has big dent, but doors still closed with a nice clunk Sorry looking Moggy Selection of MGB's, there was also a Midget just out of shot (car that is ;D) and a Landy I guess scrap value is still rubbish, they never normaly have this many cubes, it was wider than this shot and about 10 cubes deep! Lastly this spot, which i thought was quite cool. Pulled up behind this e28 at the lights, when i looked in my rear view mirror there was another one, how unlikely is that in this day and age ;D

To get a standard A40 this low, you'd have to dig a hole to put it in

From what i can remember the Carlton only had it's name on it, not the flavour. Sorry, didn't actualy look too closely at the Panda so not sure if it's a Selecta or not. Weird isn't it, i didn't even notice the Sierra's plate till you lot pointed it out- Awesome

As well as the JCB & FTW plates, I can't believe someone would scrap a 928 with that plate still assigned: Got to be worth a few bob to another V8 Porker owner?

What on earth was a 51 plate Volvo police car doing there!?! Aren't those well over 30k new? At a guess accident damage? Years ago I went into Charles Trent in Devon & there was a police car in it that had been severely crash damaged (Rolled by the looks of it)

What on earth was a 51 plate Volvo police car doing there!?! Aren't those well over 30k new? Looking at the dirt on the sides of the doors and the bonnet, looks like that one might've been immersed in water up to the bottoms of the windows at one point.... which won't have done it any good at all!

This place used to mainly just have cars that were owned by the insurance companies and were off limits to us mere mortals. Is that still the case? There was always the small scrap area with cars stacked, but this was small (although the cars were older and more interesting). Not been for 15 years so do not know if it has changed. Scotty
