Thing is,strange as it sounds,I don't lust after massively expensive stuff,I just really want a massive 70s/80s German uber-barge.Which,realistically,I could have.But everytime I get the chance,my sensible head kicks in and tells me to keep the woodie.But this thread has inspired me to pull my finger out,and have a proper look.
When I was a eenager tho,I'd always wanted the stereotypical blue Scooby,gold wheels,etc etc.
So,when I started work as a prison officer at 18 (22k a year,I couldn't even begin to imagine what to do wit the money!) I went out and bough a 3yr old,Mica blue uk spec 2000,whacked on the obligatory (SP?) OZ's,hit with the stick,exhaust,remap etc.
And I was happy.For about a week.Til I realised how pants they actually are!
But,it scratched the itch,and I don't regret it for asecond
