	looks 1940's to me, but that's about all I could tell you. Very similar to my 1942ish Holland road bike, same style guards, lights... headstem wheels and brakes make it look more recent, 60s or later but I'm guessing they've been replaced. rear hub appears to be a Sturmey Archer Dynohub, should have a date on it.
