The vehicle details for RDG 119M are:
Date of Liability 27 08 1993 Date of First Registration 01 10 1973 Year of Manufacture Not Available Cylinder Capacity (cc) 1798CC CO2 Emissions Not Available Fuel Type Petrol Export Marker Not Applicable Vehicle Status Unlicensed Vehicle Colour YELLOW Vehicle Type Approval null The information contained on this page is correct at the time of enquiry.
It's a gennie Marina TC (MGB-spec engine) in what looks like Limeflower.
15 years in a barn's gonna have done her no favours though, looking at the state of those front wings.
Top find!

was a TC in some way 'sporty'? The sportiest in the UK Marina line up. TC = Twin Carb...it's like a four door MGB!

TC is the MGB engined one, quite pokey and very sideways if period road test reports are to be believed..

The Internet, like all tools, if used improperly, can make a complete bo**cks of even the simplest jobs...

TC is the MGB engined one, quite pokey and very sideways if period road test reports are to be believed.. I had a Marina pickup with TC running gear, for 'very sideways' read 'utterly frightening'. Wheelspin in 1st and 2nd in the dry on a straight road, 3rd as well if it was wet. Corners? Forget it......hilarious fun though.

To me, that really doesn't look like it has been parked up for 15 years... it must've been driven since then. Get on it, lad!

Sounds and looks fantastic!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

OK found some stats. 85bhp at 5000rpm, live rear axle, torsion bar at the front, originally £1177.29!

what you got there is a jubilee marina, rare special editionas.not worth a fortune in that state, but definitely good fun on a roundabout in the wet.i run a tc as a daily, you just need to watch out for tight corners.

Nice find. My Mum had one of those back in the day, used more oil than it did fuel!!
Oddly though, I've always had a soft spot for them.

WOOF! That's a dream find right there. Drag it out, sort it out and then crash into a ditch at the first sign of a corner. Marina's contain a large amount of 'win'.
