I can't drill and tap the bolt holes in the Olds box 'cos I can't get my drill under it. To save me having to buy one, anyone lend me a 90 degree drill? Air powered one would be ideal.

Can you not get the car high enough?
Might be easier to pop down to the local garage and borrow a high lift trolley jack (ask nicely and proffer some folding stuff?) my biggest trolley jack can lift a sill about 3 1/2 feet....
