I'm putting a 2.9 V6 scorpio engine in my 1976 opel manta and want to put it on carbs. Does anyone have one?

Doesnt the manifold and carbs from a 2.8 fit? I'm sure they do.

2.9 was an injection motor, IF the 2.8 mainfold and carb fits, expect to pay around 100 quid - they are highly sort after

The 2.8 carb and manifold off an earlier cologne engine will fit the 2.9, but will require some drilling and modification. As autofive said, they are hard parts to get hold of.
