yes, my akku motors supplied th400 is fitted, and works, but the sump leaks like ker-azy as it is banana shaped along the flange
I'm going to have a bash at straightening it out, but if anyone out there has an alloy sump on the shelf I'd be interested for sure!
cheers! - kev

I got mine off chevymotors on ebay ak, very good to deal with in the past for stuff, the alloy rocker covers I got for my 305 were really impressive quality I paid 40 quid plus post for mine, but it seems to have been the last one they had in stock!!

If the sump isn't bent too bad, what is the possibility of getting it as good as you can and then getting a machining shop to just face it off with a mill? Is there enough meat on the flange to do that? Might be cheaper than you think!

very thin. I think I will just try straighten mine. The early TH400 like mine has a different sump anyway.
