Brilliant! That DJ lad sounds like a total bell end. That story looks like a clear-cut case of justice being done if you ask me.

darn- I missed that bargain I've actually been seriously thinking about Lotus Esprit Turbos recently, ever since there was a really nice SE in a local showroom for reasonable £££, just the cost of running it and the dodgy image put me off Keep thinking about the kid in that advert that says 'Daaaad, what can I get for 50p?' - well son, looks like you could get yourself a real Lotus! BTW I spoke to Jodie Marsh on the phone once (mates got some girlie friends who know her) There's definately not much there, between her 'lug-holes' and she does have a beak bigger than a Tucan's ;D

A bloke I used to work with had an Esprit. Up until he bought it I loved them, but after being in it a few times I didn't really like it... Totally cramped, appalling driving position, the heaviest clutch/gearbox EVER and complete lack of visibility... I *know* that's kind of the point about supercars, but I didn't like it at all! Point-to-point in the real world my Golf would be quicker... In fact, CAR mag did a trek to France in a Pug 205GTI and Esprit, and the pug was as quick if not quicker in the real world... That was about 1992 I think? Must have a look in the cupboard...

Also the interiors look like they were lifted from a poorly built kit car I guess like the saying 'never meet your heros' could be applied to never driving your dream car
